Which output to choose

Table: best for arrays of similar records (API responses, exports). Keys missing in some records become empty cells.
Nested list: best for configuration objects and deeply nested data, where a table would hide structure.

Have CSV instead? Use CSV to Markdown table. Going the other way? Markdown to Excel also exports tables as JSON.
